"In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." President Gordon B. Hinckley

"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will--to your surprise--miss them profoundly." President Thomas S. Monson

Summer Is...

Before the end of summer, I wanted to pay a little tribute to Summer. I love you Summer, because...
It means watermelon.
And rainbows.
And camping.
It means making crafts. Like this leaf man that Kate made all on her own.
It means eating snow cones on the front porch wearing princess dress ups, or whatever you want.
It means my kids can run around outside and catch bugs (including snails)...
It means my kids can fall asleep whenever and wherever they want.
It means story time at the library.
It means tall green grass.
It means going on hikes.
It means having my children close to me. I miss you, Summer. Please come again soon.
