The Tetons in the summer are spectacular, but the Tetons in the fall without the crowds---even more spectaluar. We like to make a tradition of being with my father for his birthday. It is a real treat for us to be with him any time, but it's especially nice to share his birthday with him. Dereck was unable to take work off, so my sister Alicia braved the drive---and the hotel room---with the girls and I. Thanks for the great weekend, Dad, Alicia, Grandpa, Lezli, and Zach!

"In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." President Gordon B. Hinckley
"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will--to your surprise--miss them profoundly." President Thomas S. Monson
