Diagnosis

Symptoms:

Extreme Grumpiness
Inability to Bend Over
Happy, Sad, Happy, Sad
Can no longer see toes
Doesn't feel the least bit attractive
Heartburn
Heartache
Can not look upon dirt with the least degree of tolerance

Prognosis:
8 months pregnant

Note from the Patient:
I wish to issue a formal apology to my loving husband and all others I offended during my last months of pregnancy. I still love you with all of my heart, but it may have been hard to tell with all of the grumbling.
